I look forward to cooking for you during your special retreat! In order to be sure I can meet everyone's needs it is very important to fill out the meal request form below ASAP. Once I have all the forms back, I will email everyone what the menu looks like so we have time to make any last minute needed adjustments. I am excited to share my love with you!
When filling out the form please be sure to check ALL the foods that you would eat. If you select the box for a special diet please know there will be plenty of delicious menu items for you to choose from. Also if you have suggestions or special requests, be sure to let me know. I will do my very best to meet and exceed everyone's expectations!
